Being good is not the same as being findable.
Plenty of excellent attorneys are invisible online while weaker firms take the calls. Closing that gap is the entire job.
About Up And Social
A small team in Boston running search, ads, websites, and intake follow up for two practice areas, and one firm per practice area per market.
I went through a family law matter of my own. I spent nights on Google trying to figure out who to trust, and I noticed that the attorneys who were easiest to find were not necessarily the best ones. They simply had better marketing. Some of the strongest attorneys in the market were effectively invisible.
So we built the agency around that problem. Every system we run, every page we write, and every campaign we launch is built for family law firms, then extended to estate planning, where the pattern is identical: high stakes decisions, an anxious search, and good attorneys nobody can find.
Depth is what makes the work sharp. We know what a contested custody lead is worth. We know why estate planning gets busy in Q1. We know which pages bring calls and which ones only bring traffic.
Two practice areas. Complete focus on both.
Plenty of excellent attorneys are invisible online while weaker firms take the calls. Closing that gap is the entire job.
Someone searching for a family law or estate planning attorney is usually in a hard moment. The firm whose content is clear, calm, and easy to act on gets the call.
We report calls, consultations, and cases, not impressions. When something is not working, we say so before you have to ask.
No account manager layer, no handoff to someone you have never met.
Clear reporting on rankings, calls, and where each lead came from.
New search behavior, a market opening, a page that should exist. We flag it instead of waiting to be asked.
You should never have to chase your marketing team for an answer.
Six people. The ones you meet are the ones doing the work.

Founder
Runs strategy and sits on every client call. Went through his own family law matter, which is how the agency ended up here.

Operations, Content and Client Communications
Keeps projects moving and answers fast. The person clients talk to most.

Senior Graphic Designer
Handles brand and design work, from site visuals to ad creative.

Reporting and Automation
Builds the dashboards, funnels, and follow up automations behind each account.

Front-End Developer
Builds and maintains fast, clean websites for firms that need them.

Full-Stack Developer
Handles backend work, custom features, and the technical problems nobody else wants.
Larger agencies put a floor of account managers between you and the work. Often the person assigned to your firm is learning your practice area on the onboarding call.
We do the same two practice areas repeatedly, so we already know what converts, what to skip, and what is changing in search, ads, and AI answers right now.
Small team. Narrow focus. That is the model.
